racinghart Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 my site is orbitlightshow.com just incase you guys need to see what im talking about... im currently offering FREE shipping but added the module for USPS Priority Flat Rate... either way, when users checkout using PayPal Standard Payment method, it only says they owe the Sub-Total amount and not the shipping! please help... why arent users being charged shipping when they have a choice of either Free or Priority Mail for $8.95 basically whatever their total is before shipping, they only have to pay that, shipping isnt charged even though they selected the 8.95 priority option! help!
L!mit Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 You probably have the module activated under Modules --> Shipping , but also check and see if you have the module activated under Modules --> "Order total"-->Shipping.
