PayPal module collects cash/no order info sent

Recommended Posts

We have a store where we give customers 3 payment options 1. PayPal 2. Google Checkout 3. Send check.

When someone orders with Google Checkout, we get the money in our account and an email with order details. but when someone orders using PayPal, we get the money in our account, but we don't receive an email with order details, nor do we see the order in our admin page. The user info is captured in the customer list, but no order info.

Now that we have multiple products at different price-points it's embarrassing to have to go back to the customer and ask what they ordered.

you can find special contribution to fix order notification emails.

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
