pomplamuse Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 alright so i know almost nothing about php but i need to turn off error viewing. the site doesnt have any fatal errors but it does have several warnings; however, these ive been told can be ignored. the site is fully functional i just need to turn these off so it looks normal. what file do i have to edit and what commands do i need to alter to make this happen? thanks in advance

pomplamuse Posted June 2, 2008 Author Posted June 2, 2008 im not trying to fix errors, i just want to disable the option to view errors as somebody else enabled it but they are mia. i perused through the knowledge based and searched through google already and i didnt find anything so i figured i would ask here.
germ Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 The warnings are there for your benefit and shouldn't be ignored, rather the condition causing the warning needs rectified. But, if you insist on playing "Russian Roulette" with your shop, take a look at the last 6 or so lines in application_top.php If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
