Cymy
I just set up PayPal IPN for a fabric shop because orders were being lost when buyers didn't wait around to be returned to the shop--the only record was a PayPal payment, there was no record at all in the store itself and therefore no record of what the customer ordered. But after doing so and getting four orders, I found out that any order which has more than one item has the quantity for each translated to 1.00 (or other appropriate quantity) AND all fractional orders obviously have decimals, and PayPal IPN can't handle this. So when someone orders only a single item of a whole quantity they are fine and the order goes through properly. If they order more than one item or anything with a fractional quanitty, they just get an error from PayPal and cannot complete the order. Is there an existing resolution to this problem? Any help would be most appreciated.
