Checkout_process.php issue when have huge product

Hi,

my store have over 29093 product , I import them by Easy Populate.

When I checkout to checkout_process.php, have the following error:

 

 

The requested URL could not be retrieved

 

 

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://xxx.com/checkout_process.php

 

The following error was encountered:

We can not connect to the server you have requested.

 

 

 

This means that:

• The server might be busy at this time.
  
• The server is not reachable.
  

Please try later to see if you can go through.

 

It can't go to checkout_success.php

But I can get order information by email and admin.

 

Would you please give your advice asap?

I think this maybe huge product issue,please help to advise.

It looks like you are having a problem with your mail server.

 

Goto Admin--> Configuration--> Email Options---> Send Emails.

 

Set "Send Emails" to false and try again, you'll get a checkout success page once you hit "confirm order" immediately.

 

The only problem is, your customers will not receive any confirmation emails or welcome emails from you.

 

If this is the case, Check with your host, tell them you have trouble sending emails.
