libd84
My Site It displays perfectly in FIREFOX, but it's completely ripped apart in IE7. The tables are stretched out and it looks horrible. I have absolutely no clue how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
germ
Either a bad install, or bad template design. Contact whomever you bought the template from for support. libd84
When I purchased it, it worked fine in older IE version. Is it possible the template is not compatible with IE7?
germ
If it works in IE6, but not IE7, you have your answer. I don't have a PC with IE6 nearby to look at it. libd84
I just did a test, and I was wrong. It doesn't work with any IE.

Browser compatibility is something every web designer must take into account/struggle with. No easy solutions here. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. germ
On my PC it looks good in FF, and crappy in IE7. But, that's really inmaterial. Your options depend on the time you have to devote to it, the financial resources you can commit to it, and your level of expertise (in HTML, CSS, and PHP). You can try to get support from your template supplier (good luck there - you'll probably need it). You can try a different template and pray for better results. You can alter what you've got (either yourself or someone else, paid or not). You can do a "vanilla" osC install and customize the look (again either yourself or someone else, paid or not). I may have left something out there, but I think I got most of them. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. germ
The home page looks the same to me in both browsers. Click on one of the categories. That's where things "go south" (for me anyway). We should have been more explicit. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
