Missing Modules?

All,

First of all, I am a newbi to osCommerce. I have installed the sts 4.5.8. Now, the problem is that in the installation instructions it talks about 4 modules that came wth this version. Default, Index, Pop_image, and product_info. I understand that these modules can be found by logging as admin, and then going to sts under modules. When I click on modules, and go to STS, the STS page comes up and it doesnt have any of the modules I named above.

Do I have to install these or should they have installed along with the installation of STS 4.5.8? I also noticed when I installed STS, the previous osCommerce front page when from default looking to garble for the index.php page.

Please someone help!

I know I am a newbi when I miss a step. Well I installed everything, it still doesnt work. I am trying to figure out what /catalog/ and folder/catalog mean in this step.

From the "STS" folder, copy the new files to your store:

catalog\includes\classes\sts.php

catalog\includes\functions\sts.php

folder catalog\includes\languages\english\modules\sts (plus all other languages you may have in your setup)

folder catalog\includes\modules\sts

folder catalog\includes\modules\sts_inc

folder catalog\includes\sts_templates

Ok, well after a couple hours. I finally figured out how to get those modules installed. Now, my problem now is that the index.php is spitting out random characters. I am wondering why I dont see the sts_template.html. I enabled the sts_template.html on the module. Can someone help me? I use yahoo messenger so if someone can help me out that would be awesome! my yahoo sn is [email protected]
