Sending Email to all Customers

All,

It seems when I send an email to all customers or just one customer from the Admin --> Tools ---> Send Email form, that none of the customers/customer are receiving the emails.

Anyone have an idea what this may be?

I also have found that when someone signs up for a new account that they are not receiving a follow up Welcome email.

I do find that when some one uses the Contact us page that the store does receive the email.

Any ideas?

I suppose that you have enabled emails in admin.

I think it is your server problem, or you are try to use HTML code to send email. if this is not the case so check with your host

Thank you two for your help,

What I have found is that

ini_set("SMTP","smtp.myserver.com"); does not work on the hosting server,

but

ini_set('SMTP','localhost'); does work. Interesting
