Required information

I have a store of course and I do not need to the fields below as required but yet I do not want to delete them from the create account page. So is their a way to do this. I saw one contrib that would turn them on/off but that is not what I want. I want them to be optional to fill in. Thank you to those that care to respond.

there is one called optional telephone number, you can use this to the same to your other optional fields.

Its not too difficult to achieve
