Drop Down Date Attributes

Hi all,

 

I'm ok at a bit of code, however i need something for my clients site that i do not know how to do.

 

I want in product_info.php 3 drop down boxes, kind of like a DOB. But i want it to add the data to the orders.

 

It is so that people can add the date that they want to come to my clients theatre, on specific events.

 

I want it to look like this,

Item description! Blah Blah Blah

 

Price! £25.00

 

Date you wish to attend! Date - Month - Year

Any help would be hugely appreciated
