Payment Methods not showing up in cart

I get the error message on top

"Please select a payment method for your order"

 

but no payment methods are showing up in the cart at

checkout_payment.php, so I cant get passed this page when I am doing a test order. Others cannot see it either.

 

i have two methods working, paypal and credit card

 

what happened???

Check that they do not have the same order number, set one as 0 and one as 1, if this does not work try removing them one a t a time and see if they show up on their own.

The one that does not is the problem one.
