Guest Posted May 29, 2008 Share Posted May 29, 2008 :blush: I have installed RMA Returns 2.5h 4 different times, and I followed the instructions to the letter but it still dont work. There is no link in the admin for creating the RMA. I can log into the test account, revue the orders and then if I click on "need to return this product" I get a 404 error. Is it possible that some other contribution is needed to make this work right? I can get to the RMA form in admin using FrontPage but if I click submit on the form, I get an error saying the quantity listed is more than the quantity ordered. :angry: Can someone please help me figure this out?
