Zones.php orderprice above 100 euro then 6.20 discount

Hello,

 

Ive got a problem and i`m using zones.php for the shipping costs.

But now i want when the orderprice is above 100 euro then it wil calculate 6.20 euro discount.

This needs to work for national and internatinal orders.

 

I have the ot_shipping module but there just the options to use or not use the shippingcost above a orderprice.(allow free shipping)

And what i want is just 6.20 euro discount.!

 

Does somebody knows how the fix this?
