Extra Images

I have installed Extra Images - which I love but have two problems.

 

When I roll over the extra images - the main image changes to this image which is fantastic, however, the image is distorted - how can I resolve that?

 

Secondly, the click to enlarge, opens up a popup window but the image is actually smaller not larger and only partially viable.
