any decent templates with lots of features?

We are considering seting up a new Osc 2.2RC2a version store. Currently running MS2.2

 

Are there any good teplates out there with the latest version that will run on PHP5 & PHP6 and latest version of SQL?

 

We also need some features like:

> Easypopulate

> Discount Code & Gift Voucher

> Purchase without an account

> Protx Direct or Protx Form

> Google Checkout

> Banner manager

> Zone Shipping based on weight & price

> Posibly having product info & images from ICE Cat

> Short Description - Taken from main description

> Ability to insert and mark products on Special / Offer in product Table and on Product info page.

> Improvied layout of HTML & text versions of Invoice.

> Order Editing

> Master Admin Password

> Froogle / Google Base feeder

> SEO URL's

> Master produicts - Having alternative products listed below

> Bundle products

> UK Tax Zones

> Recover Cart Sales

> Site maintenance option.

> Multi Product Copy / Delete or Move.

> Quick updater

> Quick Price Updater

> inc & ex VAT prices

 

We are open to other suggestions from you too on features.

 

We are an IT company and have a lot of products and need to automate the process as much as possible.

Also looking for the site tepmplates to me geared around our style of products.

Tbh Kunal with all of the contributions you are wishing to add I seriously doubt that any pre made template would work.

 

Templates as a whole have an terrible reputation of breaking the function of the oscommerce code as by their nature they tend to be written by web designers as opposed to PHP developers.

 

You'll be far better of coding the site/template from scratch imo.

I see your point and appreciate that. i was looking for some template that might have atleast a few of the imp contributions inc a new design and the rest then i can add to it to meet our needs.

No there is only "forks" of oscommerce some of which have loads of contributions installed. These can not be discussed on these forums for obvious reasons.

 

Also I had the misfortune to come across one of these with one of my customers and I hope to never again have to deal with the "spagetti like" code and amalgam of old contributions.
