RMA Returns 2.5h

I cant get the RMA info box to work right. it looks like this:

 

BOX_HEADING_RMA

 

BOX_INFORMATION_RMA_TRACK

BOX_INFORMATION_RMA_INFO

 

None of the links work when clicked on, I get a 404 error message and this is the url in the address bar:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times with the same results.

Can anyone please help me?

My store is the osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 version.
