A way to allow customers to make changes.....

Greetings everyone,

 

After searching hundreds of posts and not finding the information I was looking for , interesting considering I would think there would be more of a need for what I am seeking.

 

Well what I need is a way to allow the customer to add/upgrade the product they are purchasing a good example of this can be found at here. I viewed the source and it appeared to me to be almost pure html , I am not a professional but I did notice some references to php , If there is an add-on for OSC I would be grateful , or if someone knows what other options might be available to me I would appreciate all ideas thoughts or suggestions on this matter.
