MultiGeoZone MultiTable Shipping Module

I installed the MultiGeoZone MultiTable Shipping Module and all WAS working fine until my final testing in checkout. When I check out in the main 48 states under Shipping options it lists the following (as it should)

 

United Parcel Service (UPS) (3 lbs)

Ground (then the rate)

Express (then the rate)

 

When I switch to Alaska or Hawaii the following shows

 

(3 lbs)

(the rate)

 

For some reason the "United Parcel Service (UPS)" does not show in front of the "(3 lbs)" and the Express does not show up (it's just a blank) until you see the rate.

 

I have re-installed the Add-on but have the same problem. Can ANYONE PLEASE help??

Ok, what does someone need to do to get a response from experts? This is my 3rd post in the forums... the first about a week ago never got a response (which I've been working through), the 2nd I did post to disregard, I'd found my problem. This 3rd post has gone unresponded... I thought this forum was for help!

 

I've again uninstalled and reinstalled the Add-on and STILL have the same problem!

 

I've tried emailing Josh Dechant at [email protected], who I believe is th original contributor but never got a response.

 

Anyone... please help! My alternative is to only offer US Mail to Alaska & Hawaii.
