Hi,

I recently downloaded and successfully installed osCommerce. I then bought a template, uploaded and installed successfully.

Though, I cannot access my shops admin panel. I wish to configure my shop and and unable to.

Here is what the link looks like, (example)

http://MY_SHOP/catalog/shop/admin/

I wait for it to load but a blank screen just appears. I am able to access the osCommerce admin panel (http://MY_SHOP/catalog/admin/), but shop I cannot.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Jake.

I know theres been lots of views but still no replies...

Even if anyone has a little idea, please post it. It could work.. Maybe there needs some permissions to be set? I'm not sure.

Thanks, Jake.

Ok what I mean is,

I am able to access my catalog here http://coastecommerce.byethost4.com/catalog/

And can access the catalog admin panel here http://coastecommerce.byethost4.com/catalog/admin

But, I installed a template. So my new shop address is http://coastecommerce.byethost4.com/catalog/shop/

I cannot access the templates admin panel which is here http://coastecommerce.byethost4.com/catalog/shop/admin/

As you can see it comes to a blank screen..

Hi again,

I know this might be a difficult question, but please. I am relying on someone out there to help me. I have explained my problem well in the post above.

It might be something small, what can I do?

Thanks, Jake.

Well do you have 2 shops and 2 admin, 2 shops with one admin, or what.

I think you installed the template in the wrong place, but this is not a forum for templates.
