I want to charge for express shipment and payment on delivery a fixed amount. The shipping costs are based on weight. A total order higher than lets say 100 USD should be free of charge but the additional costs for express delivery and payment on delivery should be charged.

I am using the zone modul for the shipping costs and the flat shipping module for express shipment. The costs for payment on delivery are charged by the contrib ot_cod_fee_calculation_1.02(NL).

The problem here is that if the order is over 100 USD express shipment fees are disabled and the cod - option you can choose but it is not charged.

Does anybody has an idea how to realize?

Express Shipment modules often have a weight limit, and above that limit you cannot use Express shipping.

You may find that limit hardcoded into the module - take a look.

The weight limit is not the problem. Under a total order of 100 USD it works correctly.

I am using no shipping contrib these are the "on-board" modules.

Cause nobody has an idea I will make it more clear:

Express Fee: 10 USD (Modul flat shipping)

CoD Fee: 2 USD (contrib ot_cod_fee_calculation_1.02(NL))

Free shipping above 100 USD

If somebody oders a product with a price of 10 USD the total price is

Product price: 10.00 USD

Shipping: 3.00 USD

Express Fee: 10.00 USD

CoD Fee: 2.00 USD

Total: 25.00 USD

If somebody orders a product with a price of 150 USD the total price should be:

Product price: 150.00 USD

Shipping: 0.00 USD (price >100 USD)

Express Fee: 10.00 USD

CoD Fee: 2.00 USD

Total: 162.00 USD

but oscommerce shows me

Product price: 150.00 USD

Shipping: 0.00 USD (price >100 USD)

Express Fee: 0.00 USD

CoD Fee: 0.00 USD

Total: 150.00 USD

May be this makes the problem more clear.
