Auto Responder with Coupon Code Is this Possible?

I need a way to send an email to those who opt into the newsletter option, so I can give them a coupon code for a free download. I can usually find a contribution for what I need, but can't seem to find anything like that. Does anyone know how I could accomplish this?

 

Customer signs up for newsletter --> Email goes out with coupon code for free download --> Customer enters code, and voila!, they have a download.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
