Help please. Checkout keeps looping on shipping

Hi,

I installed OS commerce and changed what needed changing to fit in with my website.

 

When I tried to buy an item, I can create a customer, I end up at the first window which confirms the shipping address and when clicking the continue button nothing happens but a refreshment of the shipping page. It does not allow me to go to payment options.

 

I have uploaded the original check-out pages (in case I did something wrong when ammending the lay-out) - no difference

I have changed the payment options - no difference

I have changed the shipping address - no difference.

 

This seems to be the last hurdle before the site can go life so I would very much appreciate someone to help me..
