"Lets see what we have here" on index page

I am trying to get rid of the image that is on the category page within the index.php.

 

From the home page if you click on a category on the right side, it keeps you on the index page with a /index.php?cPath=22. From that point, how do I get rid of the image in the top right corner next to the "Let's See What We Have Here"?
