can't solve this error (Warning: Cannot add header information ...)

I Install Hebrew lang pack and all seem to be great in the admin page and also in the main store page.

when clicking on some link lets say "add to cart" (while I'm still in the hebrew mode) I get a white page with this warning:

 

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\osc\includes\languages\hebrew.php:1) in C:\xampp\htdocs\osc\includes\functions\general.php on line 29"

 

I googled this problem and all I can find is to get rid of the whitespaces in the hebrew.php file before "<?php.." and after, I did that with notepad and I still getting this error I did that with editpad lite and getting the same warning.

 

please anyone can help me with that?

"Whitespace" includes empty lines (there is still a cr and/or lf control character on the line).

 

Is '<?php' the very first thing in the first line of the file?

the '<?php' does appear in the first line of the file and there are no whitespaces on the file also on the and of it.

what is cr?

Well I was opening this file with 'homesite" and suddenly I 'v noticed this chars: '' I moved it and saved and now walla everything works.

the question is why did I see it only on 'homesite' and on 'notepad'\wordpad\editepad lite' I couldn't see this chars??

it's really wierd.

I will appreciate an axplanation to know for the next time. and is there something else that homesite (a free one) whicheditedweirdexplanation I could see this chars too?
