AbyssRecords Posted May 26, 2008 Share Posted May 26, 2008 Does anyone know what would cause some people's transactions that go through PAYPAL to not come back through your website once they pay through PAYPAL? For example: Someone orders 2 CD's and LP and chose PAYPAL for payment option, they then pay through PAYPAL and it shows up in your payment as payment made, but in your orders that person shows no orders and no records of what they ordered and items still show up in thier carts after they already paid through PAYPAL? I have checked to make sure e-mail addresses on the person accounts match that of PAYPAL, which most do and still have this issue anyway?? Then PAYPAL your order might show up but cuts of the whole order, so you have to e-mail the person to get this information from them direct.
