Help I'm new to this - USPS Tools test

Hello all,

 

I finally registered for the USPS Web Tool Application but have no idea how or run the test. I contacted the USPS and they said to notify OSCommerce and I wanted to talk to a live person but I couldn't find a number. I'm hoping to get help here in the support.

I know once the test is done then I notify USPS they they will change to production but how do I do the test ?? HELP please. I want to get my website up and running !
