How to see orders placed by customers?

Hi, I've just started selling a couple of items on my site (finally). The first order was fine I could see what the customer ordered etc.

However, with my next 2 or 3 orders I have received the payment confirmation from paypal but can't see what the customer has ordered in my admin site....

Have I configured something incorrectly?

This is a common problem and happens when customers forget to click the RETURN TO MERCHANT button upon Paypal payment.

Configure Auto-Return within your Paypal profile. You can also setup a temporary order holding table. Use a contribution called:

 

Order Logging before Payment Processing

OR you could install PayPal IPN at the link below:

http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2679

 

This will record all orders done via PayPal before they LEAVE your website to go to PayPal.

But before installing PayPal IPN check on register_globals first so you do`nt put your store offline with that issue.
