Big problem with ADMIN site!

While trying to get my affiliate programme working i was what i thought was uploading all the files for the affiliate programme in the "admin" "files access" section but after all i get now is this message and cannot access anything in "admin". Can anyone help as i cannot process any orders. Please?????

That function is used throught the site, so check all of them, only you know what you have changed, your error would give more info, plus check your logs.
