This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file." is there anyone can tell me how can i set the permission for this file? i am using windows 2003+iis+php. thanks

Then, after you make sure that the file is read only, disable the check (by commenting out code) that checks the file permissions. Thanks CM.
