Hello,

 

i got an error message on the top of the screen, it said "Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: E:\aaa\eshop/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file."

 

is there anyone can tell me how can i set the permission for this file?

 

i am using windows 2003+iis+php.

You set it in your file manager in cpanel, but your using windows (yegh) so perhaps you have to ask bill.

Just use NTFS file permissions and set it to read only. Then, after you make sure that the file is read only, disable the check (by commenting out code) that checks the file permissions.
