Installation - shipping module problem - please help

Hi everybody.

I just installed oscommerce. Looks like a great product. Administration module works OK except for shipping module:

 

Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10023 is not allowed to access /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/bla-bla.ca/httpdocs owned by uid 0 in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/bla-bla.ca/httpdocs/admin/shipping_modules.php on line 71

bla-bla.ca stands for the actual server name :(

Did anybody have a similar problem? Solution is greatly appreciated
