Possible to separate the shipping options in admin?

Is it possible to separate the shipping options so if I have say 10 weight based shipping options and 10 flat rate shipping options to have them under 2 headers on the page rather then a single list?

I will be setting it up so my clients have a range of shipping options for example Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail 2nd class etc. and would like to offer it on flat rate and weight based but with them having the same names I would like it to look more professional in the admin section.

then u have to delete the snippet from admin>>includes>>boxes>>modules.php

 

'<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_MODULES, 'set=shipping', 'NONSSL') . '" class="menuBoxContentLink">' . BOX_MODULES_SHIPPING . '</a><br>' .

 

and paste as file name in admin>>includes>>column_left.php
