When processign a credit card transaction, attempting to connect to authorize.net I get the following:

The following errors have occurred.

(270) Line item 1 is invalid.

(270) Line item 2 is invalid.

(270) Line item 3 is invalid.

Is there a error log or anything I can review to get more details on these errors? Are these errors with the three items I'm tryign to sell in my shopping cart, or some other three errors?

Thanks,

Eric

Could be errors in form contents your submitting.

For log go to your cpanel, there'll be a log there.

Sam,

The control panel of osCommerce? Sorry but I don't think I have a control panel. I checked via file mgr, and cannot find ant log files anywhere! Are they logged in the DB or something?

All,

I figured out the following errors: The were Authorize.net errors...

(270) Line item 1 is invalid.

(270) Line item 2 is invalid.

They were caused by not having all of the tax informaiton setup correctly. Specifically, by not having the TAX ZONES setup right. Fixed my tax zones and these errors went away. All working fine now.
