problem with category thumb links - please help!

Hi Fellows,

 

I just launched a new shop www.beautysecrets.ie/catalog/ for my client and after noticing three problems with it. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this:

 

1) How can I change the street address fields in customer sign in form. The fields I would like to change are, Post Code :to> Town and City :to> County.

2) Category thumbnails in the shop are not linking to the same subcategory or products. Subcategory links are working correctly in side navigation. How can I fix the category thumbnails to link to same categories sub-categories?

3) PayPal. When someone purchase an item from the shop. Store Admin gets email in jumbled up format. How can i fix this?
