osCommerce

The e-commerce.

Any ideas how you would go about doing a website in this format?

Hi,

Just browsing through the oscommerce live shops and was just wondering how to go about building a website in the similar format as used on a site such as www.3sums.co.uk as it appears to be using oscommerce software.

I am new to using oscommerce and this website seems very professional looking compared to a standard oscommerce website.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks:¬)

Looking at all the links at www.3sums.co.uk, they all point to ".asp" files.

My thinking is they no longer use osCommerce as osC doesn't use ".asp" files.

Maybe better "policing" of the "Live Shops" area is needed....

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

That layout is easy to replicate if you know what you are doing.

Unfortunately its not something you could quickly run through in a few posts.

Jim is right. That site is no longer using osC. However, you can still get the same look depending upon your skillset. Give the Simple Template System (STS) a look.
