Gift Registry doesn't calulate the tax

I setup a Canada base online store with gift registry and UPS XML service.

The shopping cart works fine with the UPS XML. But the tax doesn't work right when product purchase from registry. The shopping cart only calculate the shipping tax, not the product tax.

My tax setup as follow

GST Class

5%

PST Class

7%

Can someone tell me how to fix this problem.
