I have been using the UK paypal_wpp.php paypal module for many months successfully but now need to allow American customers to place orders. Now, I get the error: An error occured when we tried to contact PayPal's servers. Field format error: 10736-A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. when I create an account with an American address and attempt to use the Paypal button on checkout_payment.php.
