I have moved my OSComm site to a new Web host, and I think I have failed to properly update something in the configure.php file. When I click My Account, I get a 404 (file not found error). Below is my include/configure.php file, without the database login info. Any suggestions?

Contact your host for the correct shared SSL URL you should be using:

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://gator454.hostgator.com'); // shared SSL server from ISP Hostgator

That isn't correct.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
