Help: I'm getting errors when I go to "checkout"

HELP!

I have been clicking around my website and when I click to checkout of the shopping cart I get an error reading "

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/goodguys/public_html/includes/languages/english/login.php on line 16" and I also got another error but that one is not popping up now. When I go to my errors log all of this appears...

This is a stock create_account.php from includes/languages/english folder.

The text in red contain the information it is referring to.

Example: STORE_OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS <--Doesn't mean erase that and put your email address there.

It already refers to or contains the store owner's email address.

The script will take care of that. It will place the information in the right place.

Still getting a blank page when I click "new customer login". Here is my error log now.
