Nfiniti2008
It took a long time but a few weeks ago, I basically finished my entire site in osCommerce. I had used xampp and set up a localhost on my machine to run and test the site. I just recently brought a brand new computer and have set up xampp and have installed osCommerce on my new machine as well but I need to know which folder do I copy off of my old machine so that I can open the catalog with my products on my new computer. I want to be able to pick up where I left off. I had to add over 200 products, one at a time, on the site and would HATE to have to start all over from scratch. I thought that i could just copy the xampp folder from my old machine and put it on the new machine, but that didn't work. I get an error message when I try to open the catalog. I really could use some help on this as I want to finish this site and publish the store. I thank anyone in advance for any assistance they can provide. Thank you. spooks
I don`t know where the dbase is located as its normally on the server, use old pc, log into admin use backup to backup dbase, take that file to new machine the restore. Is that so difficult? Sam Remember, What you think I ment may not be what I thought I ment when I said it.
