Any UI designers fancy a little work?

Hi,

 

I have a functional site (www.it-game.com) but now need to get the UI to a level where it looks and feels like a polished product and very non-osc.

 

I have some good ideas and would welcome the chance to discuss this. I have a limited budget but this is negotiable.
