FishChatter Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 ok so i installed os a while ago with the the idea of start a store and i got side tracked for a while and now i have forgotten my password and my sign in is there away how do i get it back or do i have to delete it and start over ? feeling like a idiot

axioma Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 OK I THINK THAT IT IS 2.2 VERSION. I FYOU HAVE CPANEL ON YOUR HOSTING SERVICE, ONLY CHANGE THE 'PASSWORD PROTECT DIRECTORIES" LOOK FOR THE ICON.. THERE LOOK FOR YOUR STORE AND SELECT THE ADMIN FOLDER, AND FALLOW THE PROCESS... CRETE NEW USER AN PASSWORD WHATCH THIS VIDEO PASSWORD
