Site More information: V2.2 rc2; configure.php files setup for SSL; Login screen for admin appears as http://www.dkscustomeggery.net/oscommerce/admin/login.php; catalog works fine with SSL with exception of checkout_process.php which gives: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. designgroop Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 Hello, Your SSL looks fine. I can't see how it would affect your installation. Occasionally, hosting companies provide a separate directory for secure files, but yours doesn't appear to be set up like that, so I don't think your issue lies with SSL. Internal server errors usually indicate a misconfiguration, PHP or MySQL being blocked by server restrictions, permissions error (sometimes hosts will block PHP with writeable permissions).. etc. Your error log is the first place to look. Regards, R. Just the 404 in the log. Funny thing is everything worked fine until SSL was introduced.
