Zone Module - Litle Change

This is working ok so far. But i need i litle change at the code. I know thats a really easy thing but i'm not good at this.

Well i just need that if the costumer country isn't in this zones defined by me, shoowing this option plus a displlay a message that this shipping is not avaiable for this country/zone i rather prefer that just this module dosn't showup win this situations.
