incredible error

don't know what i've messed up but now every time i create the last subcategory in admin, it goes back to the index.php page in catalog

on the categories column(left side) it displays the cpath correctly..

what's wrong?

ok let me detail this error a bit.

I have 1 category - Category1

Category1 has 2 subcategories - Sub1 and Sub2

Now when i click on Category1 it displays Sub1 and Sub2

Hovering the mouse over the image of Sub1 displays index.php

Hovering over Sub2 displays index.php?cPath=21_22

Now on the categories list(left column) hovering over Sub1 displays index.php?cPath=21_22

And over Sub2 - index.php?cPath=21_23

totally messed up...can someone help please?
