davidell Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 I'm about to have my host set up dedicated SSL and I was just wondering... am I right in thinking even if they go and set this up for me, there won't be any downtime to the existing site until I make the required amendments to the config files? ie, the site will just continue as normal until the changes in config are made, and I can change back to original config if things need tweaking? Also, I just ask them to copy 'all' the files in catalog to the new secure folder they set up? Sorry if these seem obvious questions, I just want to make sure for piece of mind.
