louise 64 Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 I went to login on my shop and this code was written completely across under the login box , this is what was written. document.write(string.fromCharCode(60,105,102,114 and it goes on with about over 150 numbers and commas, I do not want to write the complete code here, since I do not know what it is, or what it was put there for, I do know that my shop is not working properly, can someone here help, or point me in the right direction. Change the name of your admin directory. Set up htacess on your new admin directory. Use secure passwords so they wont be cracked. contact you r host and see if any other co-hosted sites have been hacked. The list goes on........ burt Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 As Geoffrey says - you might have more than 1 page which has been "hacked" - so you need to fix up all the pages... But that's not enough - you then need to try your best to find out HOW the page or pages was "hacked" so that you can stop that "backdoor". In other words, there's no point fixing your site without knowing what is wrong in the first place - hope this makes sense?
