is it possible to costomize

i am going to customize oscommerce v2.2..but getting difficulties...since i have customize modx from the admin panel..

and costomize job portal from the admin panel..even it is helpful to change the templates layout from the admin panel

 

but here in oscommerce v2.2..we can change the categories, and other issues..

 

now tell me the way to customize oscommerce from admin panel..

even the templates, and css, and javascripts of front end

You can't. The closest you can come to that is with the STS or BTS contributions (although I would not recommend the latter).

i meant to say that..just now i am come closure to osCommerce..it's really good..as to use it as busincess purpose but..and just trying to customize it...and on the way faced lots of problem..so come to the forum for help..since i am new about it..now tell me..just now how could i contribute...since i need other help...indeed i really need your help to customize osCommerce to launch my project...then only i can able to contribute for Oscommerce...and upto that period i can upload some files and codes that i have done over here...

 

so this person is a child about it...who likes it..but facing troubles...so your responsibility is to eradicate my problem and encourage me further customize

You are going to need a much better understanding of english before you can get the help you need. I would say what language is native to you, then ask for help from someone who speaks your language.

Maybe a better way to look at customizing is 2 fold. I'm brand new as well and very little knowledge at code. It seems that for someone to really be able to customize is having knowledge of CSS (using the css stylesheet), and PHP, knowing what values do what. You can customize minor things like store name and such through the admin section of OSC. Hope that answers your questions or at least puts you on the right path.
