Best way to set up dropshipping?

Hello,

 

I want to offer dropshipping from my site. I have loads of stock and want other to sell it for me too.

 

I have set up coupons so I can offer 20% off to all dropshippers.

I want to have a standard £10 setup fee (So anyone doesnt do it just to get Discount)

This is easy to put into the catalog but want the link down next to the terms.

 

Anyone know how to do this or have a better way to do it?
