Order Quantity Gone

My quantity field has completely disappeared from every product page. The Add to Cart button is there, but without a quantity field that's pretty useless.

I've recently installed File_Feature_v.8, QPBPP, and the Comments mods - came up with plenty of problems and fixed them all, but the quantity field was apparently a casualty of my fiddling. To be clear, I have only the vaguest grasp of what I'm doing here... I'm not even sure where the code that controls the quantity field is.
