problem using shared SSL certificate with versign module

Hello and happy New Year!

I downloaded the verisgn module from the download page at oscommerce for version 2.2.

I am having some trouble with the setup.

First of all, in my oscom admin manager,

I do not see the field for the verisign account password.

Also, when payment process gets to checkout_payment.php there so no verisgn option available even though

it is enabled in the admin tool. Note that my hosting provider gives a shared SSL certificate

and the settings in admin/include/config and shop/include/config seem to be correct.
